GlitterGlam Liquid Skin Sparkle is a super durable glitter product for use on lips, above the eyes, or any other skin area. This water-based, non-alcoholic formula is safe for use on all skin areas. Since it is a water-based product, it does take a minute or two to dry, but once dry, it is very, very durable and gives you high impact glamour and shimmer. Each of the shades has been formulated for maximum impact and maximum shelf life.

Directions: Brush onto skin, lips, hair, etc using brush provided. Allow 4-5 minutes to dry, or 1-2 minutes with a hairdryer.
