FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING - No minimum purchase required.
All orders qualify for free economy shipping. Expected processing and delivery time is 7 to 10 business days after an order is received. Please note that this is not a guaranteed service and some package may arrive sooner or later than the projected delivery estimate.
Expected processing and transit time for Standard Shipping is 4 to 6 business days after an order is received. Please note that this is not a guaranteed service and some package may arrive sooner or later than the projected delivery estimate.
Expedited shipments are either shipped with USPS Priority mail, FedEx Home Delivery or FedEx Express Saver.Expected processing and delivery time is 3 to 4 business days after an order is received; depending on location and local road conditions. Please note that this is not a guaranteed service and some package may arrive sooner or later than the projected delivery estimate.
Expected processing and delivery time for FedEx 2-Day is 2 business days after an order is received.
Please note business days exclude Saturdays and Sundays. So if you order FedEx 2-Day on a Friday, you will receive it on the following Tuesday.
Shipments to Canada will be charged the appropriate shipping & handling fee. Please note that the customer is responsible for all customs and duties taxes and any shipping and handling charge paid to us is not designed to cover those charges.
SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT: Please note that a signature is required for the delivery of any package where the value of the contents is greater than $170. If no one will be available to sign for this package, you may wish to make alternate delivery arrangements with the carrier. Unfortunately we are unable to waive this requirement.
PROCESSING & HANDLING TIME FOR ALL ORDERS
Please note that orders received M-F before 9:00 AM PST are processed and shipped within 24 to 36 hours, except for orders received on Saturdays and Sundays. However some orders may take up to 4 or 5 days to be processed and shipped. If an order is out of stock when you place the order, you will be notified of your backorder status within one business day. For example, if you place an order on Friday at 9:35AM, this order will be processed and shipped out on Monday morning.
WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please note that the customer is solely responsible for making sure her/his address is correct. We are not responsible for lost packages due to a wrong shipping address. Furthermore, if a package is undeliverable or is refused and the customer wishes us to reship the item, a new shipping charge applies even if the order initially qualified for free shipping.
INVALID SHIPPING ADDRESS OR RETURNED SHIPMENTS
All orders that are returned to us because of a bad shipping address are subject to an additional $11 fee.
