Return Policy
Refunds & Exchanges
Under our easy return policy, you may return a any unused and unopened product within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, less a 20% restocking fee and any shipping and handling paid. UNFORTUNATELY WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ISSUE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT ONCE IT IS OPENED OR USED. Customer is responsible for sending product back to us for a refund.
Once we receive your product, refunds normally take between 7 to 14 days by our staff to get processed back to your credit card.
To return a product, please contact us at 800-559-1381 to obtain a RAN and our return address. Products without a RAN will NOT receive a refund. A copy of this return policy is required with any order accepted for return/exchange.
Defective or Damaged Items
Defective or damaged products will be EXCHANGED within 30 days from the receipt date. After the initial 30 days, all defective products will be fixed / replaced by the manufacturer of the product. Please feel free to contact us at 800-559-1381 to exchange a product.
Customers who have a defective or damaged product and wish to receive a REFUND instead of an exchange will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and any shipping and handling fee paid.
Clarisonic Devices
Every Clarisonic Skin Care System includes a 30-day satisfaction guarantee and a warranty covering any manufacturer defect-related problems resulting from everyday use of the product. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from use with a voltage source other than 120V AC. Voltage converters or plug adapters do not guarantee voltage compatibility.
Following are the warranty terms for each Clarisonic model:
Clarisonic Mia®: 1 year
Clarisonic Classic: 2 years
Clarisonic PLUS: 2 years
